Background
- Dr. Amarnath Mishra was born in Kushinagar and grew up in Maharajganj, Kushinagar & Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and went to his local high school and degree college.
- After graduation, Dr. Mishra went for the post-graduation and doctoral degree in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India and was attached to many institutions like Central Forensic Science Laboratories, Hyderabad & Chandigarh, India, National Forensic Science Laboratory, Lalitpur, Nepal and also visited Central Police Forensic Science Laboratory, Maharagunj, Kathmandu, Nepal, and many Tertiary Care Hospitals.
